Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Sheriff's Department has presented the results of its investigation to the District Attorney's Office.
Numerous women have come forward to accuse Jeremy of sexual misconduct in the past year. He strenuously denies any claims of non-consensual sex.
It is the second sexual misconduct case that has recently been brought against Jeremy. He was cleared of a sexual assault case in Washington state at the end of March.
